Thanks to my friend, Ray, for posting a link to this video on FB. I think it's important that we realize that it's hard for everyone to get out of bed (or up from the couch or out of the office) to run every day. It's not easy. And it's not easy to keep running. But it's worth it. Why? Because it makes us feel better physically, cognitively, and emotionally. Because it helps us be better individuals. It helps us solve problems. It helps us develop patience. It helps us figure out who we are.
